Male Arrested for Breach of Suspended AS

On Thursday 23rd April 2026 at about 1800 hours Police Sergeant Jennings and PC Erhan Mustafa were on plain clothes patrol in areas that have been subject to ongoing Anti‑Social Behaviour concerns.

Whilst on patrol in Dean Gardens they noticed several groups loitering within the park. At the time the park was very busy with families enjoying the park in the warm weather.

Several of these groups were loitering in a shaded area at the rear of the park near the back of residential premises.

The group appeared to be trying to be discreet and not to draw attention to themselves. WALPOLE SNT officers are aware of the ongoing issues in the park and went and spoke with a group of 5 males and 1 female.

At the time none of the group were drinking alcohol or in possession of any drugs, but a name check was conducted on the group to ensure that none of them were breaching any Community Protection Warning/Notice/Behaviour Order.

A check on one of the males revealed that he was Wanted for a Breach of his Suspended sentence for failing to attend several rehabilitation intervention meetings.

The male was arrested and taken to Heathrow Police Station and appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on Friday 24th April.
